Looking for a podiatry role in a multidisciplinary clinic where physios, exercise physiologists, dietitians and massage therapists are five metres away? We’re an established clinic on the Gold Coast looking for the right podiatrist to join the team.

What this role actually involves.

Day-to-day: general podiatry, biomechanical assessment, custom 3D orthotics, fungal nail laser, shockwave therapy, paediatric podiatry, diabetic foot care. Full clinical scope — not just nail clinics.

The patient mix is broad: private health (HICAPS on the spot), Medicare GPCCMP bulk-billing, DVA, NDIS (self and plan-managed), WorkCover. Established patient base from a clinic that’s been on the Gold Coast for over a decade. Reception and admin handles the billing side; you focus on clinical work.

Multidisciplinary collaboration is real here, not just a brochure line. Physios for shared MSK cases, exercise physiologists for rehab progression, dietitians for diabetic foot management. The handovers happen across a corridor, not via email.

AHPRA-registered podiatrist

Current general registration with AHPRA, working in Australia legally. We’re happy to consider new graduates and we mentor properly.

Comfortable with a broad clinical scope

You want to work across the full breadth of podiatry, not just routine nail care. Orthotics, laser, shockwave, paediatrics, diabetic foot — happy to learn what you don’t already do.

Genuine multidisciplinary mindset

You enjoy working with physios, EPs and dietitians on shared patients — not threatened by it, and willing to refer when someone else is better placed.

Honest patient communication

Plain English, no over-promising on outcomes, comfortable telling a patient something isn’t going to fix their problem when that’s the truth. AHPRA-compliant advertising and consent.

Comfortable with technology

We use 3D scanning, electronic clinical notes, online booking. Not a deal-breaker if you’re not fluent — happy to train — but it’s where the clinic operates.

Reasonable work-life expectations

Full-time and part-time both considered. Reasonable hours, no late nights, no Sundays. Good support from reception and admin.
