Pilates timetable on the Gold Coast.

Our weekly pilates schedule across Reformer, Mat, SC, Pre-Natal, Mom & Bubs and Senior ABC Balance classes. Small groups, physio-led, evidence-based. Book in for an initial assessment to get started.

How to find a class that fits.

Our pilates timetable runs Monday through Saturday with morning, midday and evening sessions. Class size is capped at four to six (for Reformer and SC) or eight to ten (for Mat and Senior ABC). Pre-Natal and Mom & Bubs run at family-friendly times that suit pregnancy and post-natal life.

All our classes are run by physiotherapists trained in pilates, not generic instructors. The clinical reasoning means your program is matched to your body rather than a generic class plan.

To get started, book an initial pilates assessment — a 45-minute one-on-one appointment with one of our physios. This is required before joining any group class. It’s how we keep the classes small, individualised and clinically safe.

Our classes

Six classes on the weekly timetable.

Each class has its own dedicated page with detail on who it suits and what to expect. Initial pilates assessment is required before joining any of them.

01
Equipment-based, spring-loaded full-body workout. Most popular class. Mixed-level groups of 4-6 with individualised load.
02
Bodyweight foundations, small props (bands, balls, rollers). The bedrock principles — alignment, breath, control. Groups of 8-10.
03
Strength & Conditioning Pilates — the rehab-grade studio class. Mixed equipment, physio-prescribed programs, small groups of 4-6.
04
Safe, evidence-based pilates through every trimester. Run by physios with women’s health training. Modifications for the pregnant body.
05
Recovery pilates with bub in the room. From six weeks postpartum (or 12 weeks post C-section unless cleared earlier).
06
Age. Balance. Conditioning. Designed for over-65s — falls prevention and the strength that keeps you mobile longer.
How we approach it

Three steps from first visit to outcome.

01
Assessment.
Book an initial pilates assessment online or by phone. 45 minutes one-on-one with a physio. We’ll work out which class is the right starting point.
02
Treatment plan.
Your first class is with the same physio — they correct technique and progress load in real time. Numbers stay small.
03
Review and progression.
Move into our regular timetable. We update your program every 4-6 weeks. Many members rotate through Mat, Reformer and SC depending on what they’re working on.
