• Senior ABC Exercise Classes are fun and challenging exercise classes specifically designed to keep seniors fit, healthy and safe on their feet.

    Fall-related injuries are extremely common among the older generation. In 2011–12, 96,385 people aged 65 and over were hospitalised for a fall-related injury. This is three and a half times as many cases as 45–64 year olds. Of these cases, 65,965 (68%) were women compared with 30,420 (32%) men.

    ABC Exercise Classes are designed by a team of podiatrists and physiotherapists, with a focus on:

  • ABC pilates is for anybody who is starting to slow down in their life. No doing quite as much exercise as they used to or noticing that they are losing balance easy. Once we retire our level of activity starts to reduce. therefore we loose a lot of strength, balance and coordination. these classes can help keep you safe and strong.
