REFORMER PILATES
What is it?
A full body workout through resistance training. The reformer machine uses a series of springs to provide resistance which can be adjusted to suit your needs. Utilising the principles of Pilates this class will bring you an intense workout, building strength and stability and co-ordination while keeping your joints free of strain and pain.
