PREGNANCY PILATES

  • Our Pre & Post-Natal Pilates classes are designed to strengthen the deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles which are strained as your baby grows.  These exercises may take the stress off the back and pelvic floor and help position the baby for delivery.

    Our team will guide you to help you assist with developing a stable core to then you can build on its strength through controlled movements all without putting your body under strain.
