Think of a tree. Does it have all its strength in its limbs? No. The tree is only as strong as its trunk and roots. Without a strong trunk, the tree would topple over. Our body is no different. While strong arms and broad shoulders might be nice to look at, they are often prone to injuries and can’t function properly. The secret to a healthy life lays in the core and Pilates is an excellent way to teach you how to train your mind, work, your core and build symmetry & coordination in your body, not only during a session but throughout daily life too.

This makes a huge difference when it comes to a proper diagnosis for the preparation of the classes and the program. If you are in pain or had an injury before, it is essential to take it into account to provide proper treatment. As a bonus, these classes are often covered by your health provider.
