I’m Mike Luker, Podiatrist, and owner of Ace. I wanted to start by saying that I have previously worked in a job where I saw up to 40 clients per day, worked overtime, and never be acknowledged. I know how this affected me, so I aim never to do this to any of our employees. Our goal in the clinic is to maintain the highest standard for patient care. And to do so, we make sure that our clinicians to be happy. You will never be overbooked; you will have time to do notes and letters and have weekly CPD to maintain the services’ quality and knowledge.

This isnt your regular physiotherpy job. This is much more. Somtimes physios can be worked overtime, never be acknowledged, but also get board of there job. There is no variance in what you do to keep things interesting. We never want this to happen to any of our employees. Our goal in the clinic is to maintain the highest standard for patient care as well as be innovative and offer services not just to clients but also physios. Ace not only is a physiotherapy clinic but is also linked to other multiple businesses. This means you have more options available as to the type of physio you want to be and where you want to go in the future. Other services we offer are courses for physios, product lines, 3d printing, podcasts and more.
We can also promise you will never be overbooked; you will have time to do notes and letters and have weekly CPD to maintain the services’ quality and knowledge. We are open to talk too meaning you can always come and talk to us if there is a problem. Our goal is to have our staff as happy as possible so they are able to perform to the best of their ability.
