Shin Splints / Pain

Achillies Tendonopathy / Pain

Medial / lateral ankle sprain are very common within athletes and the general public. Medial / lateral ankle sprain are most likely to happen to people with flexible feet and people who have high arched or low arched feet types. Once you have a Medial / lateral ankle sprain you are very likely to have a reoccurrence within the next few weeks. if you have had a Medial / lateral ankle sprain it is important to have it rehabbed properly and to take the correct precautions to make sure it does not happen again.
Mortons neuroma is the enlargement of a nerve within the foot that causes bring, numbness and tingling in the toes. Morton neuroma is very common in people with flat flexible feet. If the Mortons neuroma is left untreated in can continue to get bigger and more painful
Lateral ankle pain / peroneal tendonopathy usually occurs due to a sudden increase in exercise. Big toe / sesamoiditis can affect your everyday life. Your feet are your independence. Big toe / sesamoiditis can be the inflation of joint under the big toe. Big toe / sesamoiditis is the injury to 2 little bony under your big toe joint. All of your body weight goes through this part of your foot, so to let the area rest is difficult.
Bunions are the increase in size of a joint with the deviation of a toe. Bunions can occur on the big toe or the small toe. Bunions mainly occur in people with flat feet, and on people with a history of poorly fitted footwear. Bunions can become painfully and troublesome to fit into shoes.
Arch pain is very common within different types of feet. The arch muscles can struggle with the whole bodies weight on them especially if you are on your feet for long periods of time. The arch can therefor easily be injured. Arch pain is best solved with taping, orthotics and supportive footwear.
Ball of foot pain
Ball of foot pain also known as metatarsalgia is an injury to the ball of the foot. Ball of foot pain usually comes from overload of the ball of the foot caused by poor footwear, flat feet, high arched feet and hard surfaces. It is very hard to allow the ball of the foot to heel as we have to put weight onto the soles of our feet to be able to walk. It is therefore very important to see a podiatrist to know how to treat ball of the foot pain, before it gets worse.
Pronation / Flat feet
Flat feet and over pronation is something that is usually genetic. That said there are many other causes of flat feet. Flat feet / over pronation can lead to arthritis, back pain, knee pain, hip bursitis and more. Children and adults with flat feet will find everyday tasks such as walking and running a little more difficult than the average person. Custom orthotics are the best way to treat Flat feet / over pronation. The custom orthotics will help re-align the foot to put it into a better position.
